Welcome DETAILING customers!
You may schedule your appointment by calling 781-890-5340 or by emailing us at info@asoboston.com
Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out an informational sheet with delivery information and we will also ask for your printed copy of any discount coupons you may have.
Our business hours for the DETAILING program are 8am-6pm M-F
We generally require two weeks advanced notice, and customers to have their cars at our location by 9:15 am, the morning of the appointment.
Cars will be returned by the end of the business day (6pm). Please make necessary arrangements as we will not be able to guarantee early delivery.
Please confirm that your drop-off and return is within our 10 mile policy (a surcharge of $25 will be charged if over the mileage restriction).
There may be an additional charge for pet hair, sap, scratches or excessive interior stain removal. (see technician during check-in)
A.S.O.B. will not be able to deliver the car if ANY warning light indicators are on. (we offer free diagnosis and estimates as to why warning lights are on).
A.S.O.B. will not be able to deliver cars that have expired state inspection stickers.
While you car is in the shop for detailing, it is highly recommended that the cabin filter (if it has not been changed in the last 12,000 miles) be replaced. In most cases this is a minimal charge to assure that fresh clean air is in the cabin of your car after shampoo and vacuuming of the interior.
We can also check your wiper blades, top-off fluids, change your oil or even check your tire pressure while in care of your car.
